Your Consultation
If you are considering plastic surgery. we strongly recommend that you schedule a consultation with Dr. Raskin. Before the consultation, a friendly staff member will ask you to complete a questionnaire that will gather all of the information we need. During the consultation, Dr. Raskin will perform a complete physical examination and discuss any related health issues with you. At this time you will also have an opportunity to review before-and-after photographs of Dr. Raskin’s other patients, whom you may contact for further information.

State-of-the-art Medical Care
Dr. Raskin performs all procedures (except minor surgery) in the Cosmetic Unit at Greenwich Hospital. The Cosmetic Unit is specifically designed to provide safe, affordable, comprehensive care to those undergoing elective cosmetic surgery. The Unit combines an elegant, private setting with the peace of mind of knowing that the hospital's staff and resources are close at hand if the need ever arises.
For your safety, all procedures are performed under the supervision of a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. Monitoring before and after surgery is performed by Registered Nurses.
Comfortable Surroundings
The sunlit atrium at the New Greenwich Hospital is decorated with maple paneling, a grand piano and a soothing fountain. Your private room at the Cosmetic Unit is tastefully appointed to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
Private, Discreet and Confidential
Confidentiality is strictly maintained. Upon arrival, you are assigned a private room where you will also recover following the procedure. If necessary, an overnight stay is easily arranged.
Affordable
The hospital and anesthesia charges associated with your stay are kept to a minimum and are comparable to most office-based operating room or free-standing surgical centers. Routine preoperative tests are included in the fee and will be arranged prior to your procedure.

Last summer I saw Dr. Raskin for a breast augmentation consultation. I had been considering the procedure for many years, but was always hesitant. I felt that silicone looked more natural, but I had read all of the health debates regarding their safety. I was not convinced saline would be the best choice since I knew I never wanted to have the implants replaced. Dr. Raskin was very informed and professional. She provided me with literature from the FDA documenting a 10 year study that concluded silicone was completely safe. She answered all of the questions that my husband and I had and did not pressure me for an immediate decision at all. I decided to go with a set of silicone implants and am extremely happy with the results. My breasts are perfectly proportionate to my frame. They are soft, supple and appear totally natural. It has not even been one year and I feel as though they were the breasts I was born with. It is also comforting to know that I will never have to have them replaced.
