49-year-old who requested a natural breast augmentation since she works as a fitness instructor. She is 5’2” and weights 118 lbs.
The implants chosen are 225cc Mentor Smooth Moderate Plus Profile implants with insertion under the breast plane via a breast fold approach. The patient went from a 34 B to a 34 C.
