46-year-old patient wearing a 36B cup pre-operatively who desires to increase her breast size. She is 5’5” and 155lbs. The implants chosen were 375cc Mentor Smooth round Moderate Profile implants with insertion under the muscle through the breast fold. The patient went from a 36B to a 36D cup post-operatively.
