View 3 of 3The patient is 48-year-old who had a previous breast augmentation with textured silicone breast implants 12 years ago. Her previous implants were 330cc implants and were in the under the muscle plane. She found them to be too high on her chest and placed asymmetrically.
Corrective surgery was performed and under the muscle 275cc Mentor High Profile implants were selected with approach around the nipple. The patient went from a 34D to a 34 C.
