View 3 of 343 year old before and after removal of 300cc silicone implant and volume replacement with fat. Post op pictures are taken at 2 months post op. Fat was taken from her abdomen and flanks . Patient did not like having implants and is thrilled that she has softer more natural breasts and a smaller waist.
