Microneedling 101

Microneedling also called collagen induction therapy, is a method of skin treatment that involves puncturing the top layer of skin with very fine needles. While microneedling sees about the same level of results as laser treatments, a recent study suggested that microneedling was the better option because it also had less recovery time and fewer side effects than reported by laser treatments.
