Enlarge43-year-old woman with 2 previous breast augmentation resulting in capsular contracture. One can see the deformed breast contour from the capsular contracture (scaring). 2 weeks after corrective surgery, capsulectomy and silicone implant exchange with a 295 cc SMPX implant from Mentor.

Patient 3
Enlarge36 year old female who had implants placed previously with another surgeon in 2003. The patient presented with a stage III capsule on the left and bilateral ptosis. Dr. Raskin reconstructed the breasts by performing a left capsulotomy followed by bilateral implant exchange with 300 cc silicone implants and bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts).
